The Challenge

On three different occasions over five years, I was asked to join the XD team and help update, and/or redesign Whirlpool.com.

The Process

Either working alone or on a team of content strategists, I interviewed users and stakeholders and in conjunction with Account, SEO, UX, Tech and Brand Strategy, I advised  and provided recommendations on landing and product pages and created new copy based on my research findings. Deliverables and activities included:
